Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Ownazents platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ownazents. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Ownazents provides a platform that allows you to create, configure, and deploy AI agents powered by large language models (including Anthropic's Claude). Your agent can:

• Respond to messages on Telegram, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Browse the web, draft emails, schedule tasks, and perform research
• Execute actions based on your instructions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

Ownazents uses a credit system. Credits are consumed each time your agent performs an action.

• Free plan includes 50 credits/month. Paid plans include more credits as listed on the pricing page
• Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month and do not roll over
• When your credits reach zero, your agent pauses until credits reset or you upgrade
• All payments are charged monthly in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing paying customers

You agree NOT to use Ownazents to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Generate or distribute illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to compete with Ownazents (i.e., build a competing product using our infrastructure)
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to your agent (instructions, files, conversation history).

By using the Service, you grant Ownazents a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

You are solely responsible for the content your agent sends and the actions it takes. Ensure your agent's behaviour complies with applicable laws and platform terms (e.g., Telegram's ToS, WhatsApp Business Policy).

AI agents can make mistakes. Ownazents does not guarantee that your agent will:

• Always produce accurate or correct responses
• Successfully complete every task
• Be available 100% of the time (we target 99.5% uptime)

Do not use Ownazents for safety-critical applications (medical advice, legal advice, financial decisions affecting significant sums, emergency services, etc.) without human review of all outputs.

Ownazents, its logos, brand, website design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Ownazents. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

Content generated by your AI agent on your behalf belongs to you, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI model provider (Anthropic).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ownazents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your agents will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• No refund is issued for the remaining period

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without liability to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India, except where prohibited by law.
